When you arrive for your holiday you will be asked to check in at the friendly Welcome Centre who will be expecting you, and where your biometrics will be done. You will be issued with access cards into the estate and a map to find your rental property.
Guests are given estate rules, a map of Zimbali and any other information they may need to make their stay in Zimbali more enjoyable.

Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation fee of 15% of the total gross rental amount, subject to a minimum cancellation fee of R1,000 for administration charges, will be levied if the booking is cancelled 12 weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. If the booking is cancelled 12 weeks and one day or more days prior to the 12 weeks before the booking arrival date, only the R1000 administration fee will be charged.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount, subject to a minimum cancellation fee of R1,000 for administration charges, will be levied if the booking is cancelled 8 weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to the anticipated arrival date.
- Rental is due for the period booked and no refunds will be permitted, should departure occur at an earlier date for any reason whatsoever, or if a NO show should occur.
